Delete your account

You can delete your account from inside the app at any time. It removes your profile, your pets, your photos, your matches and your chats.

1. Open the Me tab.
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your data is deleted and you are signed out.

No app access? Email us from the address on your account and we will delete it within 7 days.

Safety tools

• Trusted contacts. Add up to three people. They receive your date plan when you share one.
• Share a date plan. Who, where and when, sent to your trusted contacts from the Me tab.
• Block and report. From any chat or profile menu. Reported accounts are reviewed, and repeat reports hide a profile automatically.
• Unmatch. Ends the conversation on both sides immediately.

Your pet, your card

The pet shown first on your card is the one marked On your card under Your pets. Use Show on my card on any other pet to swap. You can add up to three pets.

No pet yet

If you signed up without a pet, your card shows a clearly marked stand-in for the kind of pet you picture. Edit what you are open to, and what is completely not for you, from Edit wishlist on the Me tab. Add a pet at any time and your card flips to pet-first.

Treats

You get one treat every 24 hours. The button shows when the next one is back. Likes are unlimited.
